Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At PARMM Foundation, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise that could impact your ability to attend the Advanced Course in Mechanical Ventilation 2025. This policy outlines the guidelines for cancellations, refunds, and returns related to the event.
1. Cancellation by Participant

30 Days or More Before the Event:
Participants who cancel their registration on or before October 6, 2025, are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee. -
Less Than 30 Days Before the Event:
Cancellations made after October 6, 2025, will not be eligible for any refund, regardless of the reason for cancellation. -
How to Cancel:
All cancellation requests must be sent via email to info@parmmfoundation.org with the subject line: “Cancellation Request – Ventilation Course 2025”. Please include your full name, registration ID, and contact details.
2. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.

Refunds may be subject to a transaction/processing fee, depending on the payment gateway and financial institutions involved.
3. Transfer of Registration

Registration is non-transferable unless prior written approval is obtained from the PARMM Foundation team.

Any request to transfer registration must be made at least 14 days before the event start date.
4. Event Cancellation by Organizer

In the unlikely event that the PARMM Foundation cancels the course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., public health emergency, venue issues), all registered participants will receive a full refund.

No other liability shall be assumed by the organizer beyond the registration fee.
5. No Return Policy

As this event involves knowledge delivery and in-person training, no returns or exchanges apply once services are rendered or the event has commenced.
